Abstracts:

This article is devoted to the design and implementation of the structural and functional model of scientific and methodological support for the training of participants in the “Professionals” movement. The main goal of the modernization of education is to achieve its new quality that meets the new socio-economic conditions of Russia and the main directions of its development. In this regard, the “Professional” championship, which dates back to 2012, when Russia joined the international WorldSkills movement, is of particular relevance. Over a decade of development, the championship movement has proven its effectiveness, has become a key condition for training workers and today it attracts thousands of young professionals from all over the country. The number of competences demanded by the state is currently 240. The championship “Professionals” is also an important link in the chain “educational organization – production”, where potential employers interact with the organizers of the championship participants training through creation of training grounds on the basis of network agreements, road maps and cooperation agreements.

The given structural and functional model makes it possible to make effectively the methodical space of participants training according to normative and legal base of methodical work, to plan competently the training stages, that is to provide rational management of the process of scientific-methodical accompaniment of contestants training. The model can also be used for professional development of teachers of special disciplines.
