Abstracts:

Modern ICT play an important role in preschool education and are widely employed in teaching. The purpose of the study is to select the content of the academic discipline “Modern ICT in Preschool Education” within the framework of the professional retraining program “Preschool Education”.

The content of pedagogical activity on solving the problems of development, education and training of preschoolers implies using game technologies, specific education platforms, creating interactive educational resources prepared with the help of online services. This requires teachers special to be able to use modern ICT and digital technologies in preschool education to maintain the quality of teaching and educational process by the means of the subject taught.

Materials and Methods: analysis of psychological and pedagogical literature on the introduction of ICT and digital technologies in preschool education, generalization of the experience of the authors of the implementation of the discipline “Modern ICT in Preschool Education” in the system of additional education, the use of an interactive approach to teaching.

The content of the discipline is represented by the topics: 1) informatization and digitalization of preschool education; 2) organization and methodology of conducting classes using ICT and digital technologies; 3) ICT as a means of interactive learning; 4) ICT in the organization of independent work of preschoolers. Practical tasks are given for creating guidance paperы for children, their independent activities in a group and at home with their parents.

The research materials improve the professional level of teachers, allow methodically competent planning of the use of ICT in preschool education.
