Abstracts:

Modern educational activities should be transformed taking into account modern dynamics, the instability of the world and new digital opportunities. At the same time, the task of educational systems remains unchanged even with new principles, behavioral practices and emerging values of the digital world. The authors dwell upon the preparation of a university graduate capable of active and productive life in a complex socio-cultural and technologically developing world. The authors believe that the cognitive paradigm of education can become the methodology of the new pedagogy, which has serious adaptive opportunities for applying the achievements of socio-humanitarian sciences and forms its own knowledge and patterns through systemic cognitive interpretations, taking into account all the features of educational organizations, educational processes and pedagogical interactions aimed at teaching, upbringing and development of the Person of the future. One of the vectors of the practical implementation of the cognitive paradigm of education is the socio-cognitive approach considered in the article. In the context of the requirements of the public demand for the training of modern competent specialists, the authors reveal the starting points: conformity to man, conformity to nature, conformity to culture and conformity to society in relation to the modern educational situation. The pedagogical potential of the practical implementation of the socio-cognitive approach in education with a focus on the humanitarian needs of the digital society is presented. The article is intended for teachers, researchers in the socio-humanitarian field, dealing with the problems of higher education, upbringing and human development.
