This article touches upon the problem of professional and labor socialization. We have investigated the problem of professional and labor socialization and analyzed scientific approaches to creating an effective model of professional and labor socialization of future specialists. In particular, three scientific approaches were used, which are systemic, activity-based and integrative-environmental. In our opinion, the selected scientific approaches and their combination will fully allow us to approach the formation of a model of professional and labor socialization. Consequently this will help us get closer to solving the considered problem of the process of professional and labor socialization. In addition, the article analyzes the experience of other scientists who conduct research in this direction or use the scientific approaches we need. Based on this experience, we turn to the direct creation of a model of professional and labor socialization. We have formed a model for the successful implementation of the process of professional and labor socialization of future specialists in culture. The paper also reveals the necessary conditions and presents the analysis of the necessary model as a whole.
