Abstracts:

The article presents the results of poorly studied and relevant phenomenon of management of overweight at women of the early adulthood. The results were obtained through practical implementation of the developed method of improving aerobic strength exercises in dual and trial approaches with alternating work on an elliptical trainer within the superset and triset. During the 10-month pedagogical experiment, the training program was operationally and currently adjusted depending on the training period and the rate of weight loss. The experiment involved 20 women, who at the beginning of the pedagogical experiment were divided into experimental and control groups of 10 people each, taking into account the uniformity of indicators of physical development, functional and physical fitness, identified by the methods of anthropometry, Martine-Kushelevsky and Rufier functional tests and testing of physical qualities, respectively. The effectiveness of the developed method of management of overweight was determined by the method of mathematical statistics employing Student’s t-test. The implementation in the pedagogical experiment of the experimental complex program of management of overweight at women of the early adulthood contribute to the reduction of excess body weight by 11.84%, increase in heart performance by 34.38%, development of the ability of the cardiovascular system to recover after physical exercises by 12.57%, development of power endurance of abdominal muscles BY 21.7%, development of flexibility of the rear muscle groups of the hip and spine by 30.7%, development of aerobic endurance by 6.9%.
