Abstracts:	The article is aimed at the study of peculiarities of language expression of the goal in the system of organization of speaker’s speech activity. The investigation is based on the method of contextual analysis of the goal of the utterance. Verbal characteristics of emotional-evaluative goal can be realized explicitly and implicitly. The choice of the way of the goal’s expression depends on the contextual peculiarities of a speech act. The authors study the ways of expression of emotional-evaluative goal by means of explicit and implicit language means.
