Abstracts:
The relevance of the research topic is due to the fact that modern education is based on the active use of innovative digital and pedagogical technologies, which is due to the new requirements (for example, Industry 4.0), as well as updated capabilities of educational organizations, such as Technoparks and Growth Points. The object of our study was not only the modern equipment of Technoparks and Growth Points and their use in the educational process, but the participants in the educational process themselves: teachers, students and pupils. The subject of the study was the joint project activities of student interns with schoolchildren at the sites of Technoparks and Growth Points in the process of implementing the professional training program for future teachers. Research methods include generalizations and analogies, comparative analysis, analysis of scientific literature, analysis of the use of the infrastructure of educational organizations and generalization of the results, a survey of participants in the educational process and observation of their activities, systematization of information obtained from various sources, visualization and graphical presentation of the results.
The results of the study. The model of professional training of future teachers in the process of joint project activities of pedagogical university students and schoolchildren in the conditions of the updated infrastructure of the education system has been developed and implemented. The implementation of a practice-oriented model of training of teaching staff on the basis of Technoparks and Growth Points contributes to the achievement of the goals of the national project “Education”. The analysis and generalization of publications of the Russian authors in terms of scientific support of educational activities of schoolchildren in the conditions of providing with modern educational equipment and the practical implementation of an innovative approach to training teaching staff for activities in these conditions contribute to the development of the theory and practice of professional education. The results of the survey of teachers, students and pupils can become the basis for making additional management decisions in terms of regulatory framework for the activities of pedagogical universities on the basis of Technoparks and Growth Points, increasing the efficiency of using new equipment and developing innovative pedagogical technologies. The conducted study confirms the effectiveness of the implementation of the program of professional training of future teachers in the process of joint project activities with students on the basis of the updated infrastructure of the education system. The existing system of practical training of teaching staff should develop along the path of maximum use of updated conditions obtained during the implementation of priority national projects.
