Abstracts:

The genre “suggestion / offer / proposal”, which has linguocultural specificity, can be difficult for foreign students, and therefore requires the inclusion in the learning process of exercises that form the correct perception of the speaker's intentions and the skills of independent expression of “suggestion / offer / proposal” in specific situations of communication. In this regard, the aim of the study was to describe speech models of genre in linguistic and pragmatic for subsequent use in the design of training exercises aimed at forming receptive and production skills in foreign learners. Descriptive and contextual methods, as well as the method of didactic modelling were applied in the work. The material of the study was the data of the National Corpus of the Russian Language, texts of dramaturgical works and films. As a result, the speech models of genre with regard to semantics, genre and discursive features were consistently described; the composition and tactical techniques of the genre were described; training exercises were presented, the consistent performance of which helps foreign students to understand the linguocultural specifics of the speech genre “suggestion / offer / proposal” and to practice the skills of using this genre in speech. The conclusion emphasises the theoretical and practical significance of the work.
