Abstracts:

The article is devoted to the problem of developing intercultural communicative competence of future Chinese language translators. Formation is considered through the creation of pedagogical conditions that contribute to the emergence of new personal qualities in future translators of the Chinese language. In the context of globalization, the frequency and density of interethnic communication is increasing. It is accompanied by intercultural tensions. The main reason leading to incidental phenomena and interethnic conflict situations is the low level of intercultural communicative competence of representatives of different cultures, in particular, poor knowledge of the semantic translation of idioms from one language into another. Problems of verbal and non-verbal communication acquire particular relevance in the process of intercultural communication between representatives of political and business circles through a translator. The mediatory mission of a translator who does not have a proper understanding of the cultural values, traditions, customs and other characteristics of each of the communicators can lead to serious negative consequences for business and political decisions. One of the mechanisms that could be proposed to solve this problem is systematic support for the process of formation of intercultural competence of future translators based on active use of the peer-to-peer learning technology and modern digital online technologies for preparing future translators to carry out professional activities.
