Abstracts:

The digitalization of the economy and the development of information and communication technologies put forward new requirements for the training of financial managers. It is this factor that forms the adaptive capacity to the rapidly changing conditions of the macro environment. A fundamentally new competence of financial managers lies in the ability to use digital platforms and services to adequately manage the ongoing transformations in the management of the financial sector and government structures. The digital economy imposes special requirements on the formation of competences that will provide opportunities for continuously mastering new digital technologies and will contribute to the practical implementation of the concept of lifelong learning.

The paper considers the information resources for the formation of information competences at financial managers. The digitalization of education also contributes to the acquisition of skills to quickly and effectively respond to rapid changes in the business environment, the ability not only to put into practice the knowledge, skills and abilities acquired in the process of studying at a university, but also to have the ability to master new technologies, systems, methods and tools, actively penetrating into all spheres of society. A promising direction is the use of digital technologies in the process of training financial managers, which involves the inclusion of digital components in all disciplines (modules, practical trainings) of the variable block that form professional competences.
