PEDAGOGICAL SUPPORT OF CREATIVE DEVELOPMENT OF PRESCHOOLERS IN ARTISTIC WORK
The article presents the results of experimental work on pedagogical support of creative development of senior preschoolers in artistic work. Despite the large number of works devoted to the creative development of preschool children, the study of this problem still remains relevant. This is due to teachers’ awareness of the importance and necessity of creative development of preschool children and the lack of proven tools for implementing opportunities for pedagogical support.
Based on the quantitative data of the ascertaining stage of the experiment, the author highlights the features of the creative development of 5- and 6-year-old children. Qualitative data of the experiment revealed that preschoolers introduced something new into the proposed material, supplemented it with familiar images. They offered solutions to familiar problems based on their own experience. When creating crafts, the images, that the children had, were most often repeated, the idea was unstable. The children had a pronounced interest in artistic and aesthetic activities, emotional involvement was also observed. Based on the diagnostic data, the article presents a model of pedagogical support for the creative development of senior preschool children in artistic work.
