Abstracts:
This article focuses on the problems of translation of titles of literary works by French authors into Russian, as well as by Russian authors into French. The authors analyzed 100 literary works by French and Russian authors in order to identify the characteristics of the translation, the choice of translation techniques and strategies; and identified the most effective ways and trends of translation of titles of literary works in the Russian and French literature.
