Abstracts:
The article deals with the formation of the professional competence of teachers of Russian as a Foreign Language (RFL) in the conditions of digitalization of the educational process. The focus is on the essence of information and communication technological competence (ICT competence). The paper determines the component structure of the ICT competence of the RFL teacher, on the basis of which the structure of competence is stated; gives the indicators of ICT competence of the RFL teacher in the conditions of digitalization of education. These indicators are about combination of knowledge, skills, motivation and necessary personal qualities.
