Abstracts:
The article determines the principles of systemic and complex linguistic descriptions of winged aphorisms, which are taken from the Bible and are used in the modern Belarusian language. This description will be in a special normative (explanatory) dictionary with historical and etymological commentary and equivalents in modern Russian. The technique of the lexicographic description of the winged biblical aphorisms is proposed. The paper also provides the samples of dictionary entries; identifies the purpose and target audience of the dictionary.
