Abstracts:
The article focuses on the formation of spiritual and moral values in the younger generation through the artistic worlds of M. Sespel and G. Aigi through verbal and cognitive activity, and cognizing philosophical thinking; provides the examples of the semantic-stylistic, artistic functions of the lexical units representing the mental foundations of the Chuvash people. The authors, through experiments conducted in schools of the Chuvash Republic and I. Yakovlev Chuvash State Pedagogical University, have established that the discourses of these poets contribute to the formation of the sound life positions at students. The work considers the contents of such concepts as spiritual and moral values, key mental qualities of the Chuvash ethnos through the word of poets; reveals the aesthetic foundations of the lyrics of these artists, words that contribute in general to understanding both the depths of the Chuvash culture and ethnopedagogy in particular.
