The article is devoted to the analysis of one of the most difficult aspects of identification of a person by voice and speech, and regional phonetic speech components that (possessing great stability) are preserved in pronunciation that is close to the standard pronunciation. The work shows that the basis of the formation of these speech components are functional-dynamic complexes (hereinafter «FDC») of the skills of sounding speech, which in this case act as sources of forensic information.
