Abstracts:
The article presents the results of the creation and testing of a distributed tutore support model in the open educational school space. The model provides a tutor support for students in terms of development and implementation of their individual educational lines under the conditions of lack of material and human resources. The authors propose the model of distributing of the functions of a tutor for the whole pedagogical team of the school, varying degree of tutor support of students for various categories of teachers. They also substantiate the pedagogical conditions of the effective implementation of tutoring support model, which can serve as an effective means for implementing the strategy of individualization of education and meeting the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standards of Basic General Education.
