Abstracts:
This article reveals the historical aspects of the transformation of the state system of youth policy management in the Russian Federation; considers the modern normative legal regulation of the state youth policy, and the gaps in the legal environment. The presented analytics can be helpful for the Federal authorities to elaborate the regulatory documents on the implementation of the youth policy by the executive bodies of state authority of the subjects of the Russian Federation and local authorities to bring up the subject legislation to the existing Federal regulations.
