Abstracts:

The article tells about the innovative method in the process of teaching Russian as a foreign language. Modern teachers actively use the method of patterns to improve the communication skills of their students. With the help of ready-made sentence patterns it becomes possible for foreigners to communicate with native speakers – models help to verbalize an idea and ask a question. From the very beginning of studying Russian as a foreign language the patterns contribute to students’ gaining knowledge in practice: being able to tell about you or ask Russian speakers some questions. The topic is relevant due to the fact that the Russian language is recognized as one of the most difficult to learn. Patterning allows you to master the grammar of the Russian language faster. This article reveals the pros and cons of using patterns in the process of learning Russian as a foreign language for the category of foreign students.
