Abstracts:

The article is devoted to the issue of dominant concepts of fictional multidimensional environment of the author’s text. It also shows how Ransom Riggs, the author of the novel «Miss Peregrine’s Home for Peculiar Children», reflects two fictional worlds in the conceptual structure of the novel – world (possible) and other world world (fictional, in the loop). The possible world is close to the world the author and his/her readers live in. It is the world not less real than the real world itself as we perceive it. The fictional world is imaginary. This imaginary reality does not exist for the author as a bio-sociological being. It exists, though, for the characters are revived by the author. By interaction and interweaving two worlds form the opposition of several dominant concepts. The opposition of real and fictional worlds is expressed in frame-slot organization of these concepts. So in the study of the text concept real time includes frames «linearity», «discontinuity», «past» and the concept of time-loop«circularity» и «continuity». The opposition «weird house»/«peculiar children’s home» is displayed in frames «house», «weird»/«home», «protection». Dominant concepts of the weird people/peculiar people opposed in frames «weird»/«hollow gasts», «peculiar home’s inhabitants». Consequently, the interaction of concepts draws the distinction between the representations of real/fictional worlds in the literary text.
