Abstracts:
The article considers ethno-pedagogical training of masters in the system of higher pedagogical education; characterizes the object, purposes, functions, principles and regularities of ethno-pedagogical education of teachers-to-be; presents the estimation of readiness of masters for performing ethno-pedagogical activity; proves the effectiveness of implementation of masters’ programme «Ethno-pedagogical education» at the faculty of Psychology and Pedagogics.
