Abstracts:
The Russian pedagogics opens up new horizons for updating and development of the whole system and language education in particular. Language education in the new century must play one of the leading roles in expanding the educational horizons and cultural co-socialization of learners as they prepare to live in a multi-ethnic, multilingual, multicultural world. The process of self-expression and socialization would be impossible without the native language. Teachers’ awareness of the need for close interaction between the education and the national culture is reflected in the modern methods of language teaching with the help of the dialogue of cultures.
