This article reveals and considers the ethnopedagogical orientation of the Mansi people folklore, which excellently performed its educational functions in physical, labor and environmental education of the younger generation of this ethnos. The present-day translation of it among children and teenagers of the Mansi people and other ethnic groups inhabiting the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug of the Tyumen region may prove to be quite insightful as part of young people’s educational process.
