Abstracts:
This paper describes the problem of considering the regional and ethnical features of school education and teaching. The improvement of education and pedagogical activity (which are get updated in the context of globalization) is based both on the level and quality of education achieved in the world practice and on the realization of achievements in this field in one’s own country and its regions. Every region difers from the rest in terms of people mentality, level of their social, national and cultural development that determines the features of functioning and development of education. The whole educational system and socio-pedagogical activity of the country and its regions is being improved through the process of regionalization of education considering ethnopedagogical conditions of the region.
