The article reveals on the formation of culture of international communication of students and the general trends of development of spiritual and moral education of young people in the works of the famous scientist G. Volkov; presents the conditions, forms and mechanisms of formation of intercultural communication of students being a complex phenomenon of interpersonal communication of representatives of different language cultures in terms of intercultural competence, interaction and tolerance.
