Abstracts:
The effectiveness of the school depends on the level of pedagogical skills of teachers. Monitoring of pedagogical skills of teachers is one of the main aspects in the methodical work of educational institutions. The article considers the issues that contribute to revealing the essence of pedagogical monitoring, the kinds of monitoring, the objects and subjects, the results of the experiments in this area, the monitoring information requirements, diagnosis of professional skills of the teacher, the principles of diagnostic information and conditions of successful pedagogical monitoring.
