Abstracts:
The article deals with the model of pedagogical maintenance of reserved soldiers with the training in civilian universities. As a result of the analysis, the authors highlighted the structural components of the model: motivational-targeted, content-technological, evaluative-effective. According to the authors, the motivational-value, content-cognitive, organizational-activity criteria are the criteria of getting ready of reserved soldiers for the military-professional activity.
