Abstracts:
The necessity for considering the national, regional and ethno-cultural peculiarities of the region in educational institutions provided the correction background for professional teachers' training in the system of continuous pedagogical education. The article presents the system of ethno-regional teachers' training at pre-professional, professional and postgraduate stages. The author has revealed the organizational and pedagogical conditions, goals, objectives, characteristics, directions, content, methods and training forms at each stage of continuous pedagogical education.
