Abstracts:
The article discusses one of the ways of diagnostics of the functional state of athletes. This diagnostics was carried out on the indicators of the cardiorespiratory system. The change in the functional state of athletes during physical activity occurs mainly in the subsystems that are most actively involved in the motor actions performed by the human, which depends on the age characteristics. This will contribute to purposefully use the exercise in a training process using the features of functional state of sportsmen’s bodies of different age groups.
