Guide for Reviewers

All the articles submitted undergo review.

Reviewers when considering manuscripts should act in compliance with Regulations on Article Peer-review and Reviewer Responsibility.

When drawing up a referee report it is necessary to consider:

1)​ the novelty of the and relevance of the topic;

2)​ completeness of the subject presentation;

3)​ clear-cut objectives of the research;

4)​ consistency of methods;

5)​ justification of conclusions and their compliance with the subject;

6)​ distinction of the research and the novelty of the results;

7)​ strong and weak points of a manuscript.

At the end of a referee report a reviewer concludes on: 1) recommendation on publishing in the journal; 2) recommendation on publishing in the journal after resolving remarks and correction; 3) recommendation on refusal of publishing. In case of a negative referee report, a reviewer is to substantiate the conclusions.

A referee report is to be certified by seal and signature of the organization where a reviewer works.

“I. Yakovlev Chuvash State Pedagogical University Bulletin” is a peer-reviewed serial scientific edition for updating the Russian and foreign scientific community on new scientific achievements in fundamental and applied sciences. The previous title of the bulletin is “I. Yakovlev Chuvash State Pedagogical Institute Bulletin”.

It has been published since November 1997.

Publication frequency is four times a year (once a quarter).

The Bulletin founder is the Federal State-Funded Educational Institution of Higher Education “I. Yakovlev Chuvash State Pedagogical University”.

The Bulletin publisher is the Federal State-Funded Educational Institution of Higher Education “I. Yakovlev Chuvash State Pedagogical University”.

It is registered in the Federal Service for Supervision of Communications, Information Technology, and Mass Media (Accreditation Certificate PI № FS77-58093 d/d 20 May 2014).

The International Standard Serial Number (ISSN) is 1680-1709 (print); 2713-0630 (online).

The Bulletin is a subscription serial scientific edition (the subscription index in the catalogue “Press of Russia” is 39898).

Policy of I. Yakovlev Chuvash State Pedagogical University Bulletin

The aim of the Bulletin is to update the Russian and foreign scientific community, post-graduate students and students on new scientific achievements in Philological and Pedagogical Sciences.

The objectives of the Bulletin are

- enabling the Russian and foreign scientists to publish their scientific achievements in Philological and Pedagogical Sciences;

- attracting attention of the scientific community to topical problems in Philological and Pedagogical Sciences.

- providing the intercommunication among the researchers from various regions and states.

Thematic focus of the Bulletin:

– Philological Sciences;
– Pedagogical Sciences.

The Bulletin publishes articles on topical problems in Philological and Pedagogical Sciences. These articles are not to be published before and not to be submitted for publishing in other editions. The Bulletin does not publish large articles divided into pieces; articles containing the results of not finished research and containing no particular conclusions.

The opinion of the editors may not always agree to the opinion of the authors of articles submitted.

Only the articles that meet the requirements for articles to be published in “I. Yakovlev Chuvash State Pedagogical University Bulletin” will be considered.

The articles submitted for publication in “I. Yakovlev Chuvash State Pedagogical University Bulletin” undergo double-blind review according to the Regulations on article peer-review.

All the articles submitted are tested in manuscript check systems for borrowing “Antiplagiat” to provide the quality of published works.

According to the licence agreement with the authors, the articles published in the Bulletin are on open access for reading, citing, copying, processing for educational and scientific purposes on condition of reference to the Bulletin and the authors of the publication.
